What type of person am I?

Once in a while, this question always pop up in my head and set me thinking:

what kind of a friend am i to the people whom my paths crossed?

what type of employee am I to my boss?

what type of leader am I to the sheeps that God has entrusted in my care?

am I a good wife and mother?

am I a good daughter to my parents?

am i a good sister?

just some questions to make me constantly to do self-reflection of my life.

Oh God, make me a better person every single day.

I am thankful for your grace in my life.

Like the song sings: Your mercy is new every morning. Give me the grace that sustain me through the daily battles.

ORD mood.

I am officially in ORD mood.

Not that I do not want to work, but really, I am so much more looking forward to the new work environment in another 2 weeks time.

Trying to clear my outstanding lists soon, so that hopefully next week can take another 2 half day off, to minimise the maternity leave that i have to forfeit.

Its wednesday!! Mid week! Still lots of things to unpack in the new house..... but have to get it down asap as the gang is coming over this weekend!! Woot!

Our House Part 2

Been wanting to put this entry up for a long time..... but so busy past days with packing... cos we are moving this sat!! Yeay!

Our House (Part 1)

Been a super tiring week(s). Apart from tending to an unwell baby, got to juggle with the packing, as the movers will come this sat.

In a way, am grateful that the training for these 2 days have been cancelled, which gives me slightly more time to pack.

its gonna be an exciting September

Just as my title goes, Yes, its going to be an exciting September!!!

Lots and lots of things to look forward to... of cos, comes with it, going to be a busy month as well.

But this month kind of mark the beginning of a couple of new beginnings for me!!

Just to list down a couple of things to perk myself up on a thursday morning!!

1. We are going to shift to our long-awaited nest!!! *Screams* Yes, finally, after a long 5-year wait, we are finally moving into a brand new house of our own. Although i can foresee the upcoming logistic issues that are going to be happen, but heck!! I am just going to enjoy myself in the new house for now. (Putting aside the headache of the debts and big hole in our savings.. kekekekkee..)

2. We are finally going on a trip, just the 2 of us (without the baby!!) Ok, not a long trip, just a 2 days 1 night, but still good enuff for us to go for a short getaway, to have some couple time and recharge ourselves and regain our sanity. The last time we went on a couple trip was our HK trip... OMG!!! Thats 2 years ago!!! Time to let down my hair to play hard on my 3rd year of wedding anniversary =D *cool*

3. I am currently serving my notice period in my current company and will be leaving this place where I have been for the last 3 years at the end of the month. Some say for a greener pasture with more beautiful flowers (direct quote from a colleague)... hahaha... though i dunno yes or no, but definitely, going to be a brand new start for me. For those who knows the story of the opportunity, I am sooooooo grateful to God for his amazing grace and mercy to me in this whole matter. And of course, apart from God, whom i am grateful to, the other person that contributed a great deal for this to happen, is none other than my HUBBY!!! GERALD TAY!! His persistent "nagging" and prayers for me pushed me into this new beginning. Like what Pst Kong says, a husband is to be the the king, the priest and the prophet. So true.

More to come... but for now, thats it.

Time to back to work.
